SMS Consent & Opt-In
Effective October 30, 2026
East Aluminum Products, Inc. (Lake Charles, LA) sends customer care text messages from 337-427-8554 only to people who agree to receive them. This page shows exactly how that consent is collected.
How you opt in (phone call)
When you call our office at 337-433-3118, the call is answered by our automated assistant. After your request is taken, the assistant reads this script word for word:
"Can East Aluminum Products text you at this number about your request? Texts are about your call, estimate, appointment, job updates or pickup, plus a request to rate your call. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 texts per request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out anytime. Our terms and privacy policy are at eastaluminum.com. Do you agree to receive texts, yes or no?"
Only a clear "yes" is recorded as consent. If you say no, or are not asked, you will not be texted. The call recording and transcript are kept as the consent record. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything.
Confirmation text
After you agree, the first message you receive confirms enrollment:
"East Aluminum Products, Inc.: Thanks for calling! You agreed to texts about your request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Help and opt-out
Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to stop; you'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP or call 337-433-3118 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
