Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: East Aluminum Products, Inc. customer care texts. We send texts about your call or request, such as a thank-you with our contact number, a request to rate your call, callback and appointment or pickup information, job updates, and a few follow-up messages if you asked a question.

How you agree: When you call our office, our assistant tells you we will send a text about your request, and you can agree or say no. You can also agree in writing, on a form, or by texting us first. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy anything from us.

Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no more texts unless you sign up again. Help: Reply HELP or call 337-433-3118.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
